Welcome to ChicFitIQ. This User Agreement governs your use of the application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Subscription Agreement.
Core Privacy Commitment: We do NOT collect, process, store, or access any facial recognition data, face images, or biometric face information.
You confirm that you have legal capacity to accept this Agreement and will comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ChicFitIQ for personal and non-commercial use only.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to process such content solely to provide the app's core outfit recommendation functionality.
All app code, algorithms, branding, and design elements are protected intellectual property and may not be used without prior written permission.
Important: We do not collect user face data under any scenario.
Some features are paid subscription features. Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed via your Apple ID and App Store settings.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated outfit suggestions fit all preferences and situations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if this Agreement is violated. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Subscription cancellation must be handled through Apple ID settings.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
This Agreement is governed by applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction based on app operations and legal requirements.
