Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement explains paid plans, billing rules, and your rights when purchasing premium services in ChicFitIQ.

1. Subscription Services

ChicFitIQ offers optional paid plans that unlock advanced and unlimited service capabilities.

Plan types and prices are shown in-app before purchase.
Features may differ by plan level.

2. Billing and Renewal

All payments are charged through Apple App Store.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal time.
You can manage subscriptions from Apple ID account settings.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel renewal anytime in Apple ID settings. Refund requests are governed by applicable law and Apple refund policies.

Important: Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

4. Price and Service Changes

We may adjust plan content, pricing, or service availability according to operational and legal needs. Any material update will be displayed within the app.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods in your Apple account.
You must use subscription services lawfully and in compliance with app terms.

6. Privacy Commitment

Subscription status does not change our privacy baseline.

We still do NOT collect, process, store, or access facial recognition data, face images, or biometric face information.
